Once you have phoned for your quote, here's what you do next

- Carefully parcel your camera up in a suitable box with your contact details and a detailed description of the fault. If you have images that are blurred or have lines etc, please try to include your SD or flash card with evidence of the fault. Although not imperative, this will help our technicians get to the route of your equipments fault more effectively
- Take it to your local post office and send to us using royal mail special delivery, this means that your parcel can be tracked if for some reason we fail to receive it
- After receiving your camera we will repair it on a Wednesday and send it out on Thursday for delivery to you on Friday
- All prices are inclusive of parts, labour, VAT and 12 months guarantee and return postage back to you
- Payment is processed once your camera has been repaired to Pentax factory specifications and is ready for dispatch
